Returns

We do not accept return of any product. We make exception in the following case:

  • Product will be replaced if it is spoiled and is reported with proper images

Cancellations

For pickles and spice powders:

  • Can be cancelled only before we process it and dispatch for shipping.
  • Orders already in shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded

For Batters:

  • No cancellation for batters after order is placed

Refunds

Refund request will be accepted for below situations only:

  • If the product is out of stock and the customer is not willing to schedule it for the next available day.
  • If the order is not dispatched within 24hrs, after confirming the delay with the customer.
  • Packaging/Spilling issues (only if it’s reported within 2 hours after delivery with proper images).
  • If any item is missing from the order.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
